REGISTRATION FEE RECEIPTS
Registration receipts will not be provided on site. Receipts can be downloaded from your “My Page” on the registration system. (1) From the link below log in to your my page from the bottom right of the page “My Page Log-in”. (2) From your my page click on the the “WEB Quotation Invoice Receipt” banner. (3) Select “Receipt” and enter the company name etc. that you require on your receipt. Click on “Issue” to create the receipt. The receipt will be created as a downloadable PDF file .
ONSITE REGISTRATION
Online registration is now closed.
For those planning to attend who have yet to register, to speed up the onsite registration process, please complete and return the Onsite Registration Form before Nov. 23 to allow us to prepare name cards etc. in advance. Payment will be processed on site.
Lunch, Banquet and Tour tickets will not be sold on site.

The Congress Registration Desk will be located in the 1F Annex Hall entrance area of the Kyoto International Conference Center venue. Registration Desk hours are indicated below.

Participants will be provided with a name badge, lunch tickets (if purchased), banquet ticket (if registered), Program Book and DVD Proceedings when they check in at the 1F registration desk.

- * To be included in the program, all accepted extended abstracts must have a completed registration by the July 31 speaker registration deadline.
- ** Member Rates apply to members of the Gas Turbine Society of Japan or the collaborating societies.
- *** Students participating as speakers may register at the 15,000 JPY student rate however all students will be asked to present a student card at the registration desk on site.
- The registration fee covers access to the congress sessions, the exhibition, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, conference proceedings (electronic) and the printed program.
- Anyone who intends to participate in the Congress sessions must complete a paid registration.
- Accompanying persons cannot participate in Congress sessions.
- An accompanying person is someone who will only attend the reception or the banquet (Note: a separate banquet fee is required).
- A sales tax of 10% will be applied to the above fees.
- Admission to the exhibition is free.
- The lunch fees above are per person/per meal.
- **** Attendees who require a visa to enter Japan will be asked to cover the cost of preparing support documentation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees will be refunded after deducting cancellation fees as follows:
- On or Before August 31, 2023: no charge
- On or After September 1, 2023: 50% of the registration fee
- On or After October 18, 2023: 100% of the registration fee / No refund

Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa Information Form (xlsx / pdf) to the IGTC2023 Registration Desk. Please complete both pages of the form. (The file has two pages.) Please note, at the time of registration, payment of the 5,500 JPY visa support fee is required to cover the cost of suppoert document preparation.
The support conditions below MUST be COMPLETED BEFORE September 30, 2023 in order to provide visa assistance.
